Every ACB Is Wooden-Frame Packed Before It Leaves Our Factory

Before shipment, every Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) in our CHW1 series goes through wooden frame packing on the workshop floor.

The Packing Process

• Individual wooden skid base – Each breaker is first set on its own wooden skid, keeping it off the floor and giving it a fixed base before boxing.
• Plywood crate with metal-edge reinforcement – Breakers go into plywood crates with metal corner and edge banding along every panel, strong enough to stack and forklift-handle.
• Hinged, lift-off lid – Each crate has a removable plywood lid, also metal-edge reinforced, that lifts off for loading and lifts back on to seal.
• Carry handle slot – A cut-out handle slot is built into the crate side for manual lifting and positioning.
• Model printed on the crate – Each crate is printed with the product name and model, so the breaker inside is identifiable without opening it.
• Rows ready for loading – Sealed crates are lined up in the workshop, ready to be palletized and loaded for shipment.

This kind of wooden frame packaging can keep the Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) fixed in place and protected from impact during long-distance transport, handling, and stacking — ensuring it arrives in the same condition it left the factory.
